Overeating or eating heavily at night is not a good habit to have because you will be going to sleep soon after eating and your metabolism is at its slowest speed when you are asleep which is likely to trigger snoring since your body is relaxed and comfortable. Bite smaller pieces of food and chew the food very slow, like you are really savoring the dish will help prevent snoring. Eating consciously means, eating a smaller portion of food for every meal, if possible, cut fried foods out of your diet because fats from oils can be as harmful as well and also eat less pork and beef which can prevent snoring.
